We often send samples overseas as samples. These sometimes go through consolidated orders. To ease workload we send these duty paid, as duty suspended movements not straightforward.
Occasionally we also send overseas - duty paid, and then claim duty through drawback. this can often simplify a small export.
So ideally to achieve this we need to send duty paid, see the duty amount on that invoice and claim back once evidence of export is recieved.
