Display SKU in Stock Item Drop Down in Purchase Orders

I’d like to propose that we have the option to include SKUs in the Stock Item drop down within the Purchase Order builder.

As an example we have hop suppliers who use different SKUs to represent different hop years and possibly distinct hop lots within a given hop year. I created a dummy Stock Item “Brewwer’s Gold” and then made three SKUs. One representing two lots from 2024 and the other representing another lot from 2023. I’ve included pictures to show what this might look like in the drop down.

Please let me know if you have any questions or possible approaches to this feature using the existing structure in Breww. I’m also curious if we could select preferred SKUs or possible obsolete SKUs as they become unavailable or are no longer used.
