The pre-built reports in Breww are really convenient, and we use a number of them quite regularly, the “All Sales” report in particular. We actually export this particular report, using the data to populate various different spreadsheets for further manipulation and analysis. When new fields are added to this report, causing the column order to be rearranged, the resulting data is no longer compatible with the spreadsheets that have been constructed with certain column positionings in mind. Keeping track of which spreadsheets use which pre-built reports’ data, and editing all formulae within those sheets so that they can still pull from the newly-reordered data whenever columns are added, would be borderline impossible.
With this in mind, it would be incredibly handy if it were possible to choose which fields are included in pre-built reports, or at the very least have the ability to determine the column order.
