We have quite a usefull practice here to convert some Customers into leads that are cold customer/no longer interested so we can monitor/flag them for future changes.
However I just noticed that these customers disappear as mappable accounts to connect to my accountancy software.
Is there a way to deal with this?
Hi Gijs, thanks for your comment! Currently, only customers in Breww can be mapped to customers in your accountancy software, and it is not possible to map leads. If you could raise a feature request for this, that would be fantastic! Perhaps a request for ‘Maintaining mapping on customers who are converted to leads’ or ‘Allow customers to be added to the leads pipeline’ may be what you need here? I’m sure our dev team would be happy to review this for you! Cheers! Ben
