Container uplift (collection) support on the mobile app with route navigation/planning & barcode scanning

Currently uplifts dont have the ability to navigate from the delivery app. They show in teh correct sequence of the planned route but when you click on them there is no option to navigate to.

Also when the you are doing the uplift, you have to select the barrels from the list, can this be a scan the barcode instead?

Thanks for the suggestion, Luke, this would be a great addition.

If anyone else would like to see full support for uplifts in the mobile app, including launching your satnav app of choice, please give this a vote with the button in the top-left.

This would be great!

The delivery app works very well, untill you have to run into an container cuplift, where you have to start to copy and paste the address into google maps. It would be much more efficient if the uplifts had the same funtionality as a delivery. Even by taking pictures as proof of collection if required.

If Draymen used the forum this would be the most voted-for & top-requested feature. It’s infuriating that there is no delivery-like functionality for uplifts. As it is, not being able to navigate to the outlet, then scan containers when there, means it’s fairly useless - picking containers from a drop-down list on a phone screen is just not practical. It’s time-consuming, fiddly and prone to errors. Can uplifts be changed to a type of order (zero-item / virtual / service product?), much like sample orders are and tagged / flagged in the same way, but as an ‘Uplift’?

I’m trawling through the forum as it also seems that the uplift process on the app seems to be lacking the ability to scan a container, or see how many containers are at a site to uplift. The closest we can get is counting how many containers are in the list.

We currently hand write the number of containers on the manifest to uplift, after looking them up on the customer’s page.

Is there a feature request for this - I couldn’t find it?

Thanks, Phil. I think this feature request is the one that you’re looking for. Please can you give it a vote?
