When an item is assigned in the deliveries tab to a ‘Collection’ we would prefer that the pdf available is a ‘Collection Note’ rather than a ‘Delivery Note’. We get this signed by the collecting driver and use it as backup for our financial processes. We need to demonstrate when the goods leave the premises not when they are ‘delivered’.
