Is there a way currently to set permissions regarding cleaning sign-off? Instead of requiring any second person to sign off, having a user group who can sign off cleaning records seems like a sensible option?
Currently we have situations cropping up where a supervisor or higher up member of staff cleans something then needs to get a lower level member of staff to sign it off - the other way around is needed of course but a trusted group able to sign off records would be useful.
