I have some product in a brite and am able to package to half barrels but I do not get the option to package to sixtels. I confirmed that the sixtel product exists and is active but it does not show up as an option in my list of containers and I do have available containers. Only half barrel shows up and Ive completed that packaging.
I’m sorry you’re having an issue here. Please could you open a support ticket, granting access to your account, and the team should be able to get to the bottom of it. Be sure to include the batch you’re trying to package from.
I was searching how to do that and I cant find that section. All I get are AI support or help topics
If the AI can’t answer your question, you should be able to scroll down and open a support ticket.
You’ll need to ensure you type a full question to the AI, as it is better suited to full questions rather than keywords. In this case, this question is something specific to your account, and the AI doesn’t have access to your account, so don’t worry about trying multiple times to get an answer out of the AI if it can’t help the first time.
