If a third-party logistics provider (3PL) running CartonCloud fulfils your wholesale orders, you can stop re-keying orders into their portal and chasing them for dispatch updates. Breww now connects directly to CartonCloud, and the integration is included in your plan with no per-integration fee.
What changes for your team
You keep working in Breww exactly as you do now, and Breww takes care of the hand-off:

Confirm an order fulfilled from a 3PL-managed site and it goes straight to your 3PL to pick, pack and dispatch. Nobody types it in twice.

Dispatch a stock transfer to their warehouse and they know what is arriving, batch and expiry details included.

Each order’s status updates in Breww as your 3PL works through it (awaiting pick, packed, dispatched), so you are not checking a separate portal.

When your 3PL dispatches, Breww marks the order dispatched and complete for you, and flags it if the batches they picked differ from the ones Breww assigned, so traceability exceptions stay visible.

Anything needing attention (an unmapped product, a rejected order with your 3PL’s reason, an incomplete delivery address) appears on the connection dashboard with a Re-sync button once you have fixed it, so problems surface the same day rather than turning up as unfulfilled orders later.
You stay in control order by order: keep an order in Breww, send it to your 3PL later, or remove it from CartonCloud, all from the order page. You can also connect more than one 3PL if you use several.
