Best Practices for Managing Stock Levels in Breww

Hello everyone,

I’d like some insight on optimizing stock levels within Breww. We’ve been with the platform for some time now, but it’d be interesting to hear about other users’ strategies on forecasting, reordering, and maintaining against overstock or running low on important ingredients.

Some questions in particular:

How do you arrange stock-low warnings?
Which reports are you using to most effectively monitor trends in your stock levels?
Got any suggestions on syncing supplier ordering with Breww?
We’ve had some challenges with keeping the right balance, especially during peak seasons, I’m looking for best practices to efficiently manage stock levels in Breww. How can AI, specifically deep learning models, be used to predict demand, reduce waste, and improve inventory accuracy? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated! so any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Looking forward to your thoughts.

Cheers!

Hi Josephazizi, Thanks for your comment, and welcome to the community! I’m sure other users have their own suggestions on how they are working in Breww; however, I just wanted to offer a few suggestions to your questions.

In Breww, you can set a Reorder quantity when creating a stock item. This will mean this shows as below its reorder level on the stock item page, and you can set up email notifications for this in Settings → Email settings.

We have the Stock availability forecast, which will help you monitor trends in your product stock levels, which can be found in Pre-built production & inventory reports in the Reporting section of Breww.

I hope this helps, Cheers!
