It would be nice to have the option to print best before dates as Best Before End dates (ie MM/YY) rather than dd/mm/yy. especially for small pack.

Good news, this is now possible 
If you go to Settings → Label settings → there is a new setting called “Best before date display format”, which you can set to “Month and year only”.
