Apologies for lack of response to initial convo.

The system needs to be able to handle one sku for each product regardless of it brewewd in house/ contract produced or purchased.
if its a 'Moon Lager 12x330ml product (regardless of how it gets into the system should only have one sku code like: MLAG-12C33.

Issues with setting this up as 3rd party producing and then ‘package’ it yourself is that you need the matirials in breww to to handle. this doesnt work.

Any system should handle for only one sku code reglardless of how it goes in.

If I’ve understood correctly, the issue is that guest beers can only be purchased (and not contract-brewed by you), and standard beers can be contract-brewed by you (but never purchased). And you need to be able to do both for the same beer/product (as sometimes you brew it for the brand owner and sometimes you buy it in from someone else). Is this correct?

Essentially, the same product should be able to be purchased like a guest beer or brewed yourself, like a non-guest beer. Does that sound right?

Yes, that’s correct.

The issue is that even though the product was originally brewed in Breww and already has a SKU, if it leaves Breww and is subsequently purchased into another brewery’s Breww account, it cannot retain the original SKU code. Because the stock has to be purchased in rather than transferred, a new SKU must be created.
