Allow returning individual containers as empty from a customer that were originally delivered on a pallet

Hey Luke. Running into a bit of trouble with scanning in pallets that have been assigned to deliveries in pallet format.

Essentially, I’ve shipped off a few pallets to a wholesaler, then they’ve brought empties back. As the empties are assigned to a pallet, it won’t allow them to be scanned back in as they’re still part of a pallet at the wholesalers!

Any idea if this could be integrated, as I love the new pallet feature!

We actually consider this a bug, as this should be possible already. We’ll look to get this fixed ASAP and will let you know when it’s done.
