To make sure I’ve understood you correctly - you’d like to build a custom questionnaire in Breww that your sales team can fill in at the end of each phone call/visit? Much like where you can currently enter notes, but you’d like it to be more “guided” and just a notes box? And then the management team can easily review the submissions?
I’ve renamed your feature request (on the assumption that I’ve understood the above correctly), as a generic title doesn’t help others find and vote for your request, and the votes are really important. Speaking of which, don’t forget to vote for it yourself
