At the moment you are able to add notes to a batch of beer but only assign it to the stages during brewing.
It would be great if you could add ‘packaged beer’ or similar to that list to allow us to assign notes to the beer after it has been packaged
I guess you could add another (post-fermentation) stage to the recipe? For packaging notes?

Jon is right - the “Recipe stage” list is already customisable by you (and the options in your screenshot are not our defaults, so someone has customised this before on your account).
To add a new option there, go to Production → View → Receipes → Settings & options → Stage types.
Alternatively, “Planned packagings” can have notes added to them.
