Hi Ru, Thanks for your reply. As mentioned on the top of the View recent change history log on a customer, this is an experimental feature, and not all changes will be listed here. However, it’s safe to trust any changes that are displayed. There isn’t an alternative log that can be used to view customer changes; however, if you have any suggestions on how this could be improved, it would be great if you could raise these with the team as a feature request!
