Hi John, thanks for your comment! Yes, it is possible to add figures for things such as Mash Temp and Mash pH to a virtual brewsheet in Breww. You can either use a tablet and replace paper altogether, or alternatively, you could retrospectively add these readings from a paper brew sheet to your virtual brew sheet in Breww once the batch is in FV. Any required actions and readings will need to be set on the recipe for a beer, which will then be passed onto the batch when the recipe is used. It also allows you to calculate these readings within your brew sheet; for example, you could take multiple mash temperature readings and calculate the ‘mean value’ mash temp.
