Currently the volume being reported (in, for example, the “All Sales” report) for sales of part-filled products defaults to zero litres (previously the full volume of the container was being reported.) This obviously causes a number of issues when trying to carry out any analysis that involves volumes, including but not limited to calculation of average selling prices. Ideally all reports containing volumes would reflect the actual fill volumes of the containers for any part-filled product sales.

The improvement to part-filled product reporting affects any reports on volumes sold and includes the “All sales” report as well as any “Products sold” aggregate data reports, the “Sales revenue/Litres sold by beer” report and the figures on your main dashboard .

Might it be possible to also have part-filled volumes reflected in the “Products sold” raw data explorer report?
Yes! Fortunately, this is easy to add; you should see this appear as an option in the possible fields list shortly
