We are having some issue with customers raising multiple orders on the trade store.
I cant currently see a way of merging these together. A few customers have complained its messy for accounting to have multiple invoices and also it’s not great for our warehouse team when picking.
We have been doing this manually by deleting an order and doing it by hand, not only is this time consuming but it also has led to the tracker messing up and overselling on a couple of products.
