# Variable TTB reporting frequency

Hi, I need to be able to vary the frequency of my TTB reports. I need to file my state taxes monthly, but my federal taxes are filed quarterly. The data come from the same TTB report but rather than export the monthlies and sum the information in a spreadsheet I just want to run it in Breww. Ideally there would be the ability to run and save both quarterly and monthly in the TTB Brewer’s Reports of Operations section so that it is all in one place. I would want to retain the feature that prevents any alterations to the data for a period where the report has already been created.

However, I also sometimes run the report as an auditing tool. I don’t need to be able to save these reports, I just want to be able to run the exact same report from the Reporting section and select my own dates so I could run it over a year, or YTD, or even for a single day. Variable range is especially useful to track down which transactions created data that was obviously false (human error) or to change something and run the report for a single day to verify it is doing what I think, then undo my change. I had this ability on a different system and it was useful to prove to the state auditor that the system was properly tracking volumes sold.

I also need monthly reporting for my state and quarterly for the TTB. This would be a great feature.
