Unable to start a batch on beer without getting an internal service error

Hi

We have had no trouble thus far with adding new beers, recipes and starting a new batch but unable to start a batch for our beer “Frost Hammer” without getting an Internal server error?

Can anyone tell us where we are going wrong?
