Ullage guest beer

Hi, how do i go about ullaging a guest beer? just had shive blow in back of dray, do i just remove from stock?

Hi Paul, thanks for your comment! As this is a guest beer, you would handle this differently from how you would ullage a beer produced at your own brewery, as there is no duty reclaim to be made. This must be removed from your stock by heading to the stock item and editing the stock quantity. Cheers!
