It would be great to be able to track order sources to identify the most successful sales channels as a company and for each customer. All that would be needed would be an option or tag on an invoice that you can choose call, text, visit, email, trade store etc.

Perhaps even just allowing a conversion button on the activity log.

Thanks for the great suggestion, Barry.

We’ve already got a feature request for [Order tags](https://community.breww.com/t/order-tags-tagging-orders-e-g-for-issues-learnings-source-of-sale-reporting-etc/1288) which I think would be a great way of tracking the source of an order (and they’ll be filterable with BrewwQL and exportable). If you agree, could you please give that thread a vote and I’ll close this one? If you don’t think that’s a good solution, please do let me know why. Cheers.

Thanks Luke. That should work for me.
