Track status of container ullages, such as "Open" > "In progress" > "Complete"

Hi,

I am wondering if you could put an in between step in the ullage process?

Usually what happens is that a complaint comes in, a container will be ullaged and will return to the brewery, then production will test it and once tested, sales takes over again, which means we would need a step “in progress” before “complete” because if someone who tests the ullage ticks “complete”, then sales might not pick up on that and think this ullage has been completed when actually it still needs dealing with from the sales side of the business.

Thanks for the suggestion, Matthias. I can see how this would be useful. We may be able to let you configure the statuses that you’d like to use yourself to make sure this is as flexible as you need it to be.
