# Telephone Support

Hi,

We’ve just experienced a significant issue in breww that has the potential to create many hours of lost production time and equally additional work.

I raised an immediate ‘urgent’ ticket. But in a case where something critical fails how do you get the urgent support you need. I’d suggest an urgent ticket with a hope to a reply in a few hours is not sufficient.

Can we look at implementing a dedicated support line for urgent ticket request?

I’m sorry, you think there is an issue with Breww. I must admit that we’re not aware of any issues with Breww itself, but we are looking at your ticket to ensure that we’ve not missed something.

For anything urgent, you can always call the team on the number on the website at [https://breww.com/contact/](https://breww.com/contact/) and we will be able to help.

But don’t worry, we keep a close eye on tickets that come in and jump on anything urgent quickly. (Someone was already looking into your latest ticket before you posted this here.)
