Stock Management for Shopify Collection Orders

Hi

We have an issue with stock management when a customer places an order for collection (mainly via Shopify). When it’s " marked for despatch" the stock is not removed from being available until the order is collected and “marked as complete” so we appear to have more stock available to assign to orders than we do as it’s already packed for a collection.

Is there a way that when the stock is marked for despatch this reduces the stock level?

Thanks for posting this as a feature request, Catherine.

It is already the “Mark as dispatched” step that reduces stock levels, not the “Complete” step.
