# Stock Item Usage Report

Outside of creating a completed packaging report, is there a report or can I generate a report that will show me how much of each stock item have purchased during the year? i.e. How much malt was purchased YTD, how many cans, how many bottles etc.

Hi Zane, Thanks for your comment. If you head to the **Reporting** page, there is a **‘Purchase order items’** raw data explorer report if you would like to see data from purchase orders. If you would rather look at what stock has actually been receipted for, then you will be able to use the **‘Inventory receipt items’** report in either the aggregate data report builder or the raw data explorer. Hi Ben,

Sorry, I’m not understanding how to do Year-to-date with this report. What I’m looking for is to know how much of a specific ingredient we’ve ordered within a date range.

Hi George, Thanks for your comment. You will be able to use the BrewwQL filter for this. For example, if you wanted to see the Mosaic that has been ordered for delivery this year, you could use the below in the **‘Purchase order items’** report:

purchase\_order.status != “Draft” and (purchase\_order.delivery\_date \>= “01/01/2025” and purchase\_order.delivery\_date \< “01/01/2026”) and stock\_item.name = “Mosaic”
