# Show on account statement if the customer typically pays via direct debit

Hello,

We have a number of customers who pay by direct debit and this information appears on the invoices when the ‘pay by direct debit’ box is ticked. But, any statement sent to them does not reference this and implies they have invoices to pay. A few have complained about this so please can a similar comment to the invoice one be added to statements where a customer pays by direct debit.
