Serving from tanks
If you are having tanks delivered, to process this, you will need to set these up as non-returnable containers representing the tanks and their volumes. You can then rack and assign these as normal.
You can use the ‘Part-filled’ products feature to choose the fill volume of the product on the fly, so you don’t have to rack the full container volume every time. For example, rather than setting up 10 container types, each for a different fill level, you can just set up one container type with the maximum capacity of the tank.
If you go to Products > New product, there is an option to specify the product as ‘Part-filled’. Then, when you rack into that product, Breww will ask for a fill level at the racking stage.
