Hello,

We need to report for our end of month stock-take the batches and volume of beer in progress.
Is there a way to export this info in csv/excel spreadsheet?
gyle/start date/beer/recipe/status/site/turn/planned vol./actual vol.

Thanks.
Margarida

I think you can do everything except “recipe”. ☹

Thanks, Jon, that’s really useful. And to make it even better, we’ve quickly added support for accessing the “Recipe” too 👌

Here’s an updated [share code](https://community.breww.com/t/reporting-via-the-aggregate-report-builder-and-raw-data-explorer/559#sharing-raw-data-explorer-reports-using-share-codes-4), which is your report, plus the newly added recipe name field:

```auto
--- BEGIN BREWW RDE SHARE CODE ---
eyJiYXNlX2RhdGFfY29kZSI6ICJiZWVyX2JhdGNoZXMiLCAiZmllbGRzX3RvX3ZpZXciOiAiZ3lsZSwgYmVlci5uYW1lLCBkYXRldGltZV9zdGFydGVkLCBwbGFubmVkX3ZvbHVtZSwgdG90YWxfdm9sdW1lLCBzaXRlX2NyZWF0ZWRfYXQubmFtZSwgcmVjaXBlX3ZlcnNpb24ucmVjaXBlLm5hbWUiLCAiYnJld3dxbF9maWx0ZXIiOiAic3RhdHVzID0gXCJJbi1wcm9ncmVzc1wiIn0=
--- END BREWW RDE SHARE CODE ---
```

@margarida-andrade , I think this should cover what you need, so I’m going to mark this thread as complete, but please do let me know if I’m mistaken.

There is also Breww’s own “Stock valuation” tool, which includes a value for your in-progress beers, and might be helpful for you here. For how WIP beer valuations are calculated in our stock valuation tool, please see [How are batch costings and WIP value calculated in Breww?](https://community.breww.com/t/how-are-batch-costings-and-wip-value-calculated-in-breww/852#calculating-wip-work-in-progress-value-3). Cheers 👍
