# Purchase Orders - ability to add notes and generate PDF without pricing to act as collection note

Hello,  
Generally we collect our Purchase Orders by pallet network. Currently we create a separate PDF document to act as a Collection Note for each PO.

It would save us time if Breww could generate a PDF of a PO without pricing that would then act as our collection note for the haulier.

A Notes section would also be handy so we can add specific instructions like ‘collection between 0700 and 1500’ or ‘2 pallets’ etc.
