# Optimised data entry when on a customer call

When on the phone to a customer it would be great to be able to record details of the call and edit key fields, including custom fields, from the customer screen itself, and ideally add an order if appropriate.

At the moment needing to go into the edit screen, and the model for recording activity make this impossible so we keep notes and then put them in after the call (when we remember)
