we are using the equipment and cleaning & maintenance function to log all different kind of things, e.g. visitor, illness, non conformances etc. For this I created an “equipment” called visitor/contractor and then trigger under this “equipment” a visitor/contractor process. The problem is, that the overview does not give me enough detail so I can find a specific entry without having to click on every entry and search it
If there was a simple note column in which we could write for example under a visitor/contrator log “electrician” this would help tremendously.
