Moving to the previous customer in a filtered customer list, in customer records

I’ve created a specific customer list, and once in a customer record in the list there is an option to ‘move on to the next customer in list’ but not an option to go back. Having a ‘go back’ option would make for a quicker way to go to a specific customer without having to use the search bar and leave the customer list.

Thanks Ruth, I can see how this would be helpful.

In the meantime (before we’ve added this button), you may be able to use your web browser’s back button to go back one customer (assuming you’d been on their page just before). Cheers.
