This is now live with production tasks 🎉 Each outstanding cleaning and maintenance record becomes a task that can be assigned to a person or a group, and it shows on their production day until the work is done. That covers every piece of equipment with a schedule, not only vessels.

You can set a rule once for who normally does cleaning and maintenance, and add staffing plan rules for time off or different shifts. If a process needs signing off, the sign-off becomes its own task, which goes to someone other than the person who did the work where there’s anyone else who can sign it off. Upcoming cleaning and maintenance also shows on the production calendar in advance.
