Hi,

I have an export client in the UK, I want it to use the english/export invoice template but the (proforma) invoice that is generated is in dutch and does not use the template I made for English/export clients.

I can’t seem to find where to select the language or specifically select it as export customer (it has all the boxes ticked though about excise etc.).

What am I missing here?

Hi Gijs,

Thanks for reaching out on the community!

If you’re using a specific set of invoicing details to achieve this, and the language on those invoicing details is set to English, it should work as expected—provided the customer is assigned to use those invoicing details. Just to clarify, the invoicing details used isn’t automatically set based on region.

If you’ve already set those invoicing details for a customer and the documents still don’t look right, feel free to raise a support ticket and let me know an example. I’d be happy to take a look at it in your account for you.
