# Integration with WhatsApp Business

Hi,

Since we do a lot of our customer communication through whatsapp (even ordering) it would be very nice to have it connected with the sales profile of the specific lead. Is this already possible. If not I would be very pleased to see it on Breww some day.

Also the ability to send delivery ETA notifications via WhatsApp business (if possible) would be great
