You only typically need to follow these steps if you’ve been asked to do so by the Breww team, following sending the Breww team the Breww Sage 50 Connector logs.
For the Breww Sage 50 Connector to “talk” to Sage 50, it needs to be running on your computer and able to login. Sage 50 prevents the same user from being logged in multiple times concurrently. This is rarely an issue, but sometimes if you are moving the Breww Sage 50 Connector from one computer to another Sage 50 can complain that the Breww user is still logged in on the old computer, even if the connector has been uninstalled.
To force the Breww user to be logged out, please follow these steps:
- Open Sage 50 and log on as Manager.
- Click Settings, then click User Management and click Active Sessions.
- Select the “Breww” user, then click Remove and click Close.
- If required, click File and Exit to log out.
