Hello everyone.

I am trying to configure and set up our cask/keg labels.

I have one saved and named in the ‘Custom stock label templates’.

I have that label selected for the container (9G Firkin), a beer, AND the product.

However when I try to do a test print, there is absolutely nothing to select.

Am I missing something glaringly obvious somewhere?

Please help. Thank you in advance.

Hi Chris, thanks for your comment! I’ve had a look at this for you, and I can’t see a reason why you wouldn’t be able to test print your labels from what you have described, but I would be very happy to have a look at this for you in your Breww account if you are happy to raise a support ticket and grant us access to your account? You can raise a support ticket by selecting the **Need help?** button on the main menu on the left of your screen. Cheers!
