Generating Activity Report of all activity across Customer Group (Parent and Child)

It would be useful if we were able to generate a report of activities by customer group, with some entities that have a parent and multiple child companies, some activities should get recorded against individual locations and some across the group as a whole. Is there any way to generate a report that consolidates these?

This should already be possible, depending on what exactly you want in your report, using the Customer (CRM) activities data explorer report.

Please note that about a year ago, Customer Groups were renamed to Parent Companies, so you’ll find this relationship in fields with that name.
