# Generate customer-friendly price lists, exportable as a PDF or Excel file

Following lots of great feedback from our community, [here](https://community.breww.com/t/price-list-improvements/652), [here](https://community.breww.com/t/more-powerful-reports/109) and [here](https://community.breww.com/t/ability-to-create-price-lists/991), we’re excited to share with you this significant update!

You can now easily generate customer-friendly price lists. These can be generated from a specific customer by going to the customer, then **More action \> Generate price list** , or by going to **Products \> Pricing \> Customer price lists**.

There are a number of options to choose how your price lists are displayed, including settings for all price lists and those that vary per price list generation. Price lists can be reviewed quickly on-screen and then exported as a PDF or Excel file. You can even quickly email the PDF price list to your customers.
