Forecasting stock items/ingredients required for forecasted future sales

From what i can see there are no reports or functionality that enables you to plan an annual usage of ingredients around a budgeted sales forecast. It would be incredibly useful to have some budgeting functionality that allowed us to create a sales plan for future months which would calculate an anticipated ingredient usage and margin

Iā€™m linking this with Inventory/stock item usage report & stock level forecast, as there may be some synergies with these two ideas.
