Looks like by undoing some batch actions (in the wrong order, no doubt) then adding some volume to try to sort the mess out, ( managed to get a batch volume bigger than the vessel) I’ve now ended up with batch volume remaining even after emptying the vessel that contained it.
After racking from the vessel, I can’t add a negative volume sufficient to make it go away (“would empty the vessel”) and now the batch won’t complete. Arrgh. Ideas?
Is this going to need me to open a ticket?
Have opened ticket.
Hi Jon,
Thanks for flagging this with us and raising a ticket, so we could look at this in your account. We have now fixed this for you.
Let us know if you need any more support at all.
I dunno how I got into this mess, but thank you for getting me out of it. All good now. Except I’ve ended up with a bizarrely low yield. Which I can live with.

No problem! It is a strange scenario. I have raised it with our developers, and they will look further into this. It would have been a specific sequence of events to get around the numerous checks the system does, so I don’t think it is likely to come up again. Of course, feel free to drop us a ticket if anything similar occurs.
