Exclude products from integrated ecommerce/POS platforms

If there are certain products you sell on Shopify, Squarespace (or any other ecommerce platform supported by Breww) you use that you don’t want to come through into Breww, you have the option to ignore all orders containing these items. You can do this by clicking the red X button on the product line in the product mapping section. See the screenshot below:

If there are external orders that contain products you want to be ignored, as well as products you don’t want to be ignored, you’ll need to create a universal “Service product” to handle the “ignored” products.

To do this, start by creating a new “Service product”. Then in your product mapping, for any products you want to be ignored, map them to this newly created service product. As the stock level of a service product in Breww is always infinite, when mapping, you may to set this stock level to not sync - see the second screenshot. This will mean that orders containing both ignored and not ignored products can be imported into Breww.
