We have a customer who is closed on the day we deliver in their area so we want to swap them to a different delivery day to that which is allocated to the area they are in. Is it possible to make a customers default delivery day different to that of the area they are in does anyone know please?
Thanks for the question, Sarah. This isn’t possible currently, but it would be possible to add the ability to have a forced delivery day-of-week set on a customer which takes precedence over their delivery area’s rules.
