# Email notification to approvers for purchase orders requiring approval

Hi Team  
We have approvers for purchase orders who are not always in the business day-to-day and certainly not in Breww daily. It would be very helpful to have an email notification sent to the approvers notifying them that there is a PO awaiting their sign-off.

We also agree with this, Also would be helpful for the person who placed the Purchase order to be notified once there purchase order has been signed off so they can send it to the supplier.
