Hello everyone 🥰 😊

I m searching for advice on how to improve our inventory management systems, particularly to better correspond with seasonal product demand. Our company has observed considerable swings in product demand throughout the year; notably during holidays and peak shopping periods. While we hve managed to keep up with orders and supply for the most part; there are a few chronic issues that I believe may be addressed with the appropriate approach in Breww.

We notice a significant rise in sales for various products at different times of the year; but precisely anticipating these fluctuations has proven difficult. We’re looking on methods to use Breww’s technologies to better anticipate these swings. Has anyone discovered a good approach for using Breww to make seasonal stock adjustments?

We hve tried setting reordering criteria based on previous data; however we occasionally have stockouts during peak demand or find up with extra stock when demand declines. Any suggestions for creating more dynamic reorder levels that adjust based on demand trends?

Some of our stock has an expiration date; and it is easy to lose track of older product during peak demand periods. Does anyone have any suggestions for using Breww to automate or alert us of stock rotation needs, especially during busy periods?

We r also looking on integrating Breww more closely with our online sales channels to automate stock changes. Is there a better way to sync inventory levels between Breww and e commerce platforms?

Also I explored some topics related to this [https://community.breww.com/t/managing-your-stock-item-salesforceadmin](https://community.breww.com/t/managing-your-stock-item-salesforceadmin) but I did not get the sufficient solution of my query so I would really want to get some help from a more experienced person.

Thank you in advance for any advice you may offer I would love to hear how others in the community have dealt with these challenges, as well as any suggestions for improving Breww’s features to keep up with user demand.

Not sure if its the best way of managing it but our warehouse team use the “products expiring Soon” report in Breww. They will run it every week for anything expiring in the next 3 months and send across to the sales team to encourage them to move it on.
