It would be really useful to be able to block out days and show on the schedule so that brews aren’t planned for when the kit needs to be serviced or there is an event on at the brewery for example.

Currently, this isn’t possible, but I agree it’s a great suggestion. It has actually been raised within the feature request: Diary/ Event Planner/ Staff rota (show on batch schedule/calendar), if you don’t mind adding your vote and comments to that request that would be great!
