BUG: Recipe "Duplicate Action" deletes the action

Chrome browser on mac.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create two “Add ingredient” actions on a recipe.
  2. Delete the first one you created using the delete/trash icon.
  3. Click the “Duplicate action” icon on the remaining action.

Result: Instead of duplicating the action, it deletes it.
