Where should the beer descriptions on customer price lists appear please? I have set one description at beer level but I can’t see it on the customer price list PDF or Excel files.

You should see them on the main price list page, as well as the PDF (not currently on the Excel file). In your price list settings, you’ll need to have ticked ‘Show beer description’.
Then, the only other thing I could think of would be to double check you’ve entered the description in the right place (see below).
To anyone else reading this who might be in the same situation, Lewis and I had a support ticket conversation and came to the conclusion that it was because the beer description is only shown when you have ‘Beer product grouping’ set to ‘Beer name’.
This is because there’s not really a suitable place to put the descriptions when the beers are all split up and grouped by product type.
